• East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) CCA
  The purpose of this list serve is to provide information to those interested in the East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program. The EBCE will enable local governments in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties to pool the electricity demand of participating communities' homes and businesses to buy power on their behalf, and to help reduce costs, increase local development of renewable energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This list serve is used to alert subscribers to upcoming meetings and new developments in the EBCE planning and implementation process. Subscribers will be those interested in receiving email updates on this subject.
