The Alameda County Mental Health Board has a commitment to ensure that the County's Behavioral Health Care Services provide quality care, which treats members of our diverse community with dignity courtesy and respect. This shall be accomplished through advocacy, education, review and evaluation of Alameda County's mental health needs.
